About me
I spend alot of my free time going to museums, hitting flea markets and local festivals. I also have a large collection (over 80 and counting) of church and regional cookbooks. The oldest one I have is from 1890. I love to learn. I enjoy a wide variety of interests.
About my cooking
I enjoy trying new and exotic recipes. Cuban, Turkish, Greek, African...etc. I will try most anything once. But my favorite flavor is anything that combines sweet, hot, y in one dish. I am looking to expand my cooking horizons.
